Thank you for shopping with STEM TECH CLUB. We are committed to providing high-quality educational projects, kits, and subscriptions to enhance learning and creativity. To ensure a positive experience, we have established the following return and refund policy.

Return Policy

  1. Faulty Products
    • If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
    • To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Made-to-Order Products
    • The majority of our projects and kits are made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are not faulty.
    • Please ensure that you review your order carefully before making a purchase.

Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return
    • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
    • Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the faulty product.
  2. Returning the Product
    • Once you receive return instructions from our Customer Service team, please package the product securely and include all original packaging and materials.
    • Send the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Replacement Policy

  1. Dispatch of Replacement
    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will offer an alternative product of equal value or a full refund.
    • You will receive an email notification once the replacement has been dispatched.
  2. Processing Time
    • We aim to process returns and dispatch replacements within 10 business days of receiving the faulty product.

Subscription Services

  1. Cancellation
    • Subscription services can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel a subscription, you will not be billed for the subsequent subscription period.

  2. Refunds for Subscriptions
    • We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. However, if there is an issue with the service, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
